Alison Doody

Alison Doody is an Irish model and actress. She was born on 11th November, 1966. She made her debut in a Bond film, A View to a Kill in 1985. In 1989, she played Nazi-sympathizing archaeologist Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Siobhan is in A Prayer for the Dying, Charlotte in Taffin and Rebecca Flannery Major League II. Doody was invited by a photographer, and began to take on the role of model. Then she began a career of commercial modelling. Doody avoided nude and glamour work, a rule that she incorporated into her acting. In the year 1991, Doody was co-starring with Jonathan Pryce in British mini-series Selling Hitler inspired by the publishing fraud known as the Hitler Diaries. Then she moved to Hollywood. The decision was made to replace Cybill Shepard in the role of L'Oreal spokesperson and then was later cast alongside Charlie Sheen as Flannery, his agent and girlfriend in Major League II. Doody's return to the big screen took place in 2003. Michael Caine played Doody in an uncredited role. Doody acted alongside Patrick Swayze in a 2004 film adaptation for television from King Solomon's Mines and also appeared in a short film called Benjamin's Struggle (2005) a pamphlet about the Holocaust and also in the British TV show Waking the Dead (in a two-part episode called. Doody was a part-time actress in Danny Dyer's movie The Rapture (2010). Doody was a guest on RTE's medical drama The Clinic. The project was eventually canceled. Pam Jefferson is her role in the E4 Comedy Drama Beaver Falls' first of two seasons. The show also featured her in We Still Kill the Old Way (2014).
